Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor who has been recognized for her skills. Sagittarius Born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is the oldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne who is a psychology student. Her heritage is English-Scottish.
